Inclusions

• Accommodation in Comfortable & Convenient Hotels.
  Hotel accommodation is provided as per your requirement , one can choose from Budget/Deluxe/Luxury/Premium hotels category on Twin/ Double or Triple sharing basis.
• Meals as mentioned in the Itinerary
  Meal Plans will be provided as per selection at the time of tour booking. Selecting the type of Hotel plans / packages being promoted. It could either be
  • EP - European Plan which includes only accommodation
  • CP - Continental Plan which includes breakfast along with accommodation
  • MAP - Modified American Plan which includes breakfast, either lunch or dinner along with accommodation
  • AP - American Plan which includes breakfast, both lunch and dinner along with accommodation.
• Transport
  • All transfers and sightseeing will be private vehicle or selected mode of transport at the time of tour booking.
  • Private vehicle will be as per the number of guests and subject to availability in particular destination.
  • Private vehicle will be charged from garage to garage.
  • Driver is not a guide, he will take you to sightseeing as per itinerary designed for you.

Exclusions

• Air Fare & Taxes / Railway Tickets .
• Any Increase in Govt Taxes , Fuel Price & Any applicability of New Taxes From the Govt.
• Any up gradation in Hotel Room Category .
• Any meal other than specified in the itinerary .
• Any Sight Seeing other than mentioned in the Itinerary .
• Entrance Fees for any Sight Seeing , and Guide Charges / Camera Charges / Jeep / Camel / Elephant Ride / Boating Charges Etc.... has to be borne by the Guest .
• Any Personal expenses Like Porterage, Tips , Laundry , Telephone Calls / Wi-Fi , if any has to be borne by the Guest .
• Anything specifically not mention in Inclusions.
• GST will be applicable on total invoice.

• Vehicle will be not at disposal , if guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
• Please carry original ID Proof ( Passport / Adhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID Card / Driving License ) for security purpose & Hotel Policy.
• Early Check in and Late Check out subject to availability.
• Itineraries are subject to change.
• Cancellation Charges applicable as per our Cancellation Policy.
• In case we are not able to provide the same Hotels as mentioned at the time of booking , then we shall provide similar alternate properties change in the cost if any will be advised.
• We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
